College radio is a big deal these days. In fact, most of the bands that make it big (who are not manufactured by big labels), are discovered first by college DJs. We're pumped that Piecemeal is charting at #3 on Mohawk College's C101.5. Listen in and make sure you request any song from the EP. We'd love to make it to #1!

Hewit has teamed up with PowderFinger Promotions, the American radio promotions company, to push Piecemeal to College radio and AAA stations across the U.S. The radio stations start recieving the CDs on the 25th of September and the date for the add to radio is October 9th. Keep your ear to the ground and let us know if you hear it in your neck of the woods!

We're really excited about this news. As of midnight on March 21st, you can download all Hewit's tracks from the iTunes music stores in Canada, the U.S., and Europe. Yet another song to be placed on a TV show. "Beautiful" from Hewit's Piecemeal EP will be on CTV's new television series "Whistler". Keep your ears to the ground!
